"Turtle!"
The water at the bottom of the sea seemed to be churning. Ming Chu's pupils constricted, and without hesitation, she grabbed Yan Yan and headed straight for the giant turtle that was quietly eating nearby.
Ever since the three of them entered the water, the giant turtle had been following them. While they were busy slaughtering mutated marine creatures, the turtle relied on its high-defense shell to snatch up a fish here and there, avoiding the battlefield to eat in peace.
When the water was stained with the scent of blood everywhere, its corner remained completely unnoticed.
The only one who noticed was Ming Chu, so after seeing the giant turtle nearly finish its meal, she tossed a ten-meter-long fish over to keep it going.
The giant turtle didn't mind Ming Chu climbing onto it, but that was limited to her. It could tolerate others within its line of sight, but when Ming Chu tried to pull the others onto its back, it suddenly turned its head and let out a hiss.
Sound doesn't travel well underwater, but its attitude was already quite fierce.
Yan Yan and Xu Ruo both stopped, especially Xu Ruo, who wasn't being held by Ming Chu and had stayed a bit further back.
Ming Chu slapped its head directly: "What are you being fierce for? Have you forgotten that the fish you ate were killed by them? Just one trip, it's not like I'm letting them live on you. Do you see how dangerous it is over there? If you don't take us, we'll die here!"
Ming Chu spoke very quickly, but the giant turtle understood the general meaning.
The giant turtle didn't actually think it was that dangerous over there. Its own body was very heavy, and it could completely retract into its shell; even if it were swept up, it could withstand it.
But the two-legged beasts were different; they were fragile.
Even if the two-legged beasts it raised were slightly stronger, they were still fragile two-legged beasts. They were just so tiny, and their vitality was too weak.
The giant turtle shook its head and retracted its exposed sharp teeth. Ming Chu didn't say another word, grabbed Yan Yan, and sat on it.
She then shouted to Xu Ruo: "Sister Ruo, come over quickly!"
