Apocalypse Invasion: Survival on the Infinite Train
The night was the first time Ming Chu had slept in the open in this world. Nearby, there happened to be two trees that grew quite strangely; their branches were intertwined, forming a small, flat area about 15 meters up. As long as one laid down a layer of vines and then some soft leaves, it could serve as a bed.
Ming Chu and her team weren't familiar with Yu Feng and his group, so the two sides slept somewhat apart.
Yu Feng's group slept on the left, and Ming Chu's team slept on the right.
Actually, Yu Feng's group had brought tents and other things when they set out, but their frantic escape had caused them to lose many items. Now, they only had a few bottles of insect repellent left.
Ming Chu's team still had two tents. One was a larger tent that fit perfectly on the largest "flat" area; it could easily house four or five people. Awuh, Amu, Ming Chu, Lan Qi, and Tali made exactly five.
There was also a small tent that could only house two people. When Chang Zhou scratched his head and said he didn't need to sleep in a tent, it was given to Chu Xin and another heavily injured person next door.
Regarding this, Yu Feng's side expressed their gratitude repeatedly.
For the night watch, the two sides discussed it and decided to take three shifts, with each side providing one person per shift. The first person on watch from Ming Chu's side was Chang Zhou.
The first person on watch from the opposite side was Yu Feng.
