Apocalypse Invasion: Survival on the Infinite Train
Liu Yun and Teacher Mi were super excited. After the excitement, they realized the atmosphere between Ming Chu and the two students was a bit off.
Teacher Mi cared about his students, and Liu Yun cared about Ming Chu. Both ran over nervously: "What's wrong with you?"
Upon getting closer, the gun in Ming Chu's hand was exposed to both of them.
Liu Yun was just puzzled as to why Ming Chu had taken out the gun and was even a bit nervous, thinking there might be danger nearby. Teacher Mi, however, was startled. The little old man, with a speed beyond anyone's expectations, shielded both students behind him.
"Whatever you have, take it out on me! I am their teacher, and I will be responsible for them!"
Ming Chu: "?"
She was speechless. Liu Yun had already quickly explained: "Teacher Mi, this must be a misunderstanding. Ming Chu is not an impulsive person. Why don't you give us a chance to talk?"
"...Okay." Teacher Mi glanced at the gun in Ming Chu's hand.
Human flesh couldn't withstand firearms!
He was an old man, so it didn't matter, but the two young students shouldn't die here!
Liu Yun breathed a sigh of relief and quickly explained the previous events to Teacher Mi.
Hearing that Ming Chu hadn't killed anyone, but only hit the patients' arms and legs, Teacher Mi thought for a moment, walked out of the lab, and looked down the corridor.
Indeed, he didn't see any corpses below, nor did he see any around. Instead, he saw a few injured people curled up not far away, but it was clear they were alive.
Teacher Mi believed her halfway and breathed a sigh of relief: "So that's how it is. We misunderstood you."
But then, Teacher Mi became serious again: "But according to what you said, these people are too abnormal. How could they chase after you just because they were parasitized?"
"That's why we need to investigate." Liu Yun sighed.
Teacher Mi's doubts were resolved, and he felt a bit more at ease with Ming Chu. He looked at her: "I'm sorry we misunderstood you. Thank you for being willing to protect us."
"It's okay, it's good to be vigilant." Ming Chu nodded at Teacher Mi and said again, "I'll take them to clear out this building and go out to get supplies. You guys just stay here and research."
