Chapter 383: [Real World] Hand-Crafting Space

Apocalypse Invasion: Survival on the Infinite Train

For the next three days, Ming Chu didn't step out of her room once.

She only managed to tell Father Ming that there was food in her room and that he didn't need to worry about her for the time being, before she plunged into seclusion.

It wasn't until 9:00 PM on the night before she had to go to the train that she finally emerged. She had visible dark circles under her eyes and her face was a bit pale, but her expression was one of excitement.

"I did it!!"

Ming Chu held up a necklace and ran downstairs, full of excitement, only to see Xu Ruo, Wen Zheng, and her three family members sitting in a row on the sofa. They turned to look at her with expressions of shock.

Ming Chu's current appearance could only be described as average.

She was wearing a bear pajama set, one sock higher than the other, slippers, and her hair was tied up messily. Because of her fair skin, those two dark circles were particularly obvious.

"Since you're all here, look at my treasure!" Ming Chu didn't give a second thought to her appearance, filled only with the excitement of success.

She held the necklace in her hand, thought for a moment, and gave it to Ming Ling: "Lingling, come here, let me bind it for you first."

Ming Ling was confused throughout the whole process, but she approached because she was used to obeying her sister. Ming Chu opened her palm with the necklace inside, and Ming Ling's hand was placed over hers.

A slight fluctuation of space, which only she could perceive, occurred. Ming Chu released her hand and taught Ming Ling: "Close your eyes and sense the necklace in your hand."

Ming Ling didn't understand, but she listened.

She closed her eyes and tried hard to focus her attention on the necklace in her palm.

Then she suddenly shuddered: "What, what is this? I seem to see a small room? No, that's not right, can't call it a small room? A closet? Or what?"

"That's the space I created!" Ming Chu's eyes curved into crescents. "Although the first finished product isn't perfect—the space is less than 4 cubic meters and will only last for three years—as long as the first one is a success, the rest won't be far behind."

"What??"
