Apocalypse Invasion: Survival on the Infinite Train
There was a thumping sound on the roof. Aloshi used water to swirl the blood and flicked it out the window. Ming Chu bandaged the young soldier's wound using medicine from the Divine Tree otherworldly realm; the effect on external injuries was immediate, stopping the bleeding instantly and forming a thin film to protect the wound.
The noise on the roof vanished, and everyone felt more relaxed than before.
Ming Chu's verification was a success; no one in the vehicle reacted to the scent of blood, including the Vice-Captain, who had appeared deranged.
The bandaged young soldier hesitated but still asked Ming Chu: "Can we not kill the Vice-Captain? At least... at least wait until our captain wakes up?"
"Sure." Ming Chu hadn't intended to kill him anyway. After letting the team see the problem with the Vice-Captain, she efficiently dislocated his limbs.
With a few cracks, the Vice-Captain's face twisted in a grimace, and he stared fixedly at Ming Chu.
"You're not a player, why are you targeting me?"
Ming Chu was shocked; she even thought the Vice-Captain was an idiot. She pointed at herself: "Are you okay? You wanted to kill me. Even if you attacked me because you mistook me for a player, if I weren't stronger than you, where would I go to seek justice for my life?"
Wasn't it only natural for her to target the Vice-Captain now?
"Alright, from now on, you answer whatever I ask." Ming Chu tied him up tightly before dragging him to the back of the vehicle.
The Blade Team members couldn't bear it... and looked away.
That's right, the last bit of respect they had for the Vice-Captain was to look away.
"Heh." The Vice-Captain stared fixedly at Ming Chu and Aloshi, the two people he hated more the more he looked at them. "I won't say anything!"
Ming Chu smiled kindly: "Do you want to try the ten ancient Chinese tortures first?"
"Do you think I was scared into submission?" The Vice-Captain sneered.
Ming Chu silently took out a thick, long needle and then—stuck it directly under his fingernail.
The pain of fingers connected to the heart was something even non-human races from other worlds could hardly escape.
Wails of agony came from the back of the vehicle, then suddenly stopped because the Vice-Captain's mouth had been gagged.
"Have you thought it over? Will you talk or not?"
"Mmm-mmm!"
