Apocalypse Invasion: Survival on the Infinite Train

The light, airy question was deafening.

Aloshi's Alpha Star was different from Ming Chu's Blue Star. Blue Star was forced by the apocalypse and had no choice but to fight for its life.

In the world where Aloshi lived, their interactions were originally balanced, but the Infinite Train had broken that balance.

Certain rules of the Infinite Train were universal, such as being able to take three items from an alternate world.

The races of Alpha Star initially tended to fight using their racial talents, but after the first race obtained technology from an alternate world, things changed.

Because Aloshi's race lived on the ocean floor, they avoided most of the conflicts, but on land, people were already fighting tooth and nail.

This was also why Aloshi didn't seem so crazed. Even when there was talk of invasion or competition on land, Aloshi's race didn't participate, so they didn't know much about it.

Moreover, the soft hearts of the mermen made them depressed every time they boarded the train after seeing the suffering in the alternate worlds.

Fortunately, Aloshi's race was quite special. They were all players, but they could take shifts in three groups. This meant they only had to enter the game once a month; in the Alpha Star calendar, that was 3 days of gaming and 27 days of treating their own depression.

Aloshi was a bit of an outlier; although he also felt bad, he didn't get depressed.

So he ran the missions more often, allowing his own people to rest more.

But the more he saw, the more Aloshi brainwashed himself into being indifferent. However, he had never thought that he could change his approach—could he perhaps help these worlds?

"What do you know?"

Aloshi's mind was a mess, but he instinctively knew that Ming Chu might know something.

Ming Chu looked up at Aloshi: "Do you have something like a system? Have you ever received a mission?"

"Isn't survival the mission?" Aloshi said subconsciously.
