Apocalypse Invasion: Survival on the Infinite Train
The RV kept moving.
When the speed dropped, Ming Chu opened the door again and knocked on the underside of the vehicle: "Come on up."
There was only silence.
Ming Chu threatened: "I know you're down there. Are you coming out yourself, or do you want me to drag you out?"
A few seconds later, a hand crawled out.
A disheveled man climbed in, but under Ming Chu's interception, he could only stand by the doorway.
He looked to be in his thirties. Seeing Ming Chu made him nervous; that subconscious tension kept him from getting any closer, and he explained awkwardly: "I, I don't have any malicious intent."
"I know, otherwise I wouldn't have let you hide under the car this whole time," Ming Chu said.
The man was stunned.
He moved his lips and whispered: "My god..."
"I'm not sure if you've been infected. If you want to stay in the RV, you must be tied up. Later, if we find other vehicles, you can choose to drive one of those, whether you follow behind or find your own way out, that's up to you."
Ming Chu cut off his words.
The man, who had been trying to explain that his talent was invisibility and wondering how Ming Chu had found him, was dazed for a moment.
But what Ming Chu said next was more important to him. He was nervous for a second and whispered: "Then tie me up. I, I actually want to go with you."
"You have to be sure you aren't infected before you can come with us," Ming Chu said, first asking Xiao Jiang to throw over a rope and tying the man up securely.
Once tied up, he could only sit in a fixed position and couldn't move around freely.
However, Ming Chu didn't mistreat him; she fed him water and food normally. The man wasn't very hungry, but he drank some water, as he had indeed been overheated from clinging to the underside of the car.
